After first 2 guest's: Add $7.00 per person (no charge for kids under 10)

1 Room TENT with Full Bed Made up Inside has 1-2 Chairs out on deck = $50 + KPB Tax = $51.50
1 Room TENT with Queen Bed Made up Inside has 2 chairs in front screen Rm = $65.00 + KPB Tax = $66.95
2 Room Tent with King Bed Made up inside has 2 chairs in front screen Rm = $74.03 + KPB Tax = $76.25
( Each tent has: End Table w/lamp and USB Charging Station, includes bathroom & shower for 1st 2 people)
Pet's are allowed upon approval with a charge of $25.00 + A fully refundable CASH ONLY Pet Damage Deposit of $35.00

We have Bagged Ice for sale On-site = $5.00 per 8# bag. We also have Ice Cream for Sale during the summer months!
Event Hosting/Catering/Equipment Rentals
Pop Up Screen Tents = $15 a day
Pop Up Canopy with or without Walls = $10-$20 per day
Tables : $5-10 per day
